March 2019 Horoscopes
It’s Pisces season, and this month there’s a heavy focus on healing old wounds and clearing body, mind, and soul. Springtime is just around the corner, and the New Moon in Pisces on March 6th will turn up the emotional tides, so tread carefully and focus on clearing what no longer serves you. Mercury will be retrograde for most of March, so pay extra attention to the details within communications and travel plans. Information may be a little confusing, or words could be taken the wrong way while Mercury resides in the deep psychic waters of Pisces. The Full Moon on March 20th will bring a noticeable energetic shift as the Sun moves into Aries, bringing with it the beginning of spring.
You may find yourself cleaning up your social calendar this month, dear Aries, and there’s no need to feel guilty about it. Not all relationships are meant to last forever, and it’s important to surround yourself with uplifting and positive connections as you approach the beginning of Aries season. Having supportive intimate friendships and partners is imperative for your mental, physical and emotional health.
Expand your fitness horizons this month, Taurus, and consider exploring a new and possibly unusual workout method, like aerial acrobatics! Love animals? Sign up for a goat yoga class (yes, yoga, while goats climb on you, is a thing)!
The new moon on March 6th might leave you feeling a little raw, Gemini. This isn’t a get down and party night, but more of a wrap yourself in a blanket and practice some serious self-care kind of evening. Skip bustling crowds and take a hike in the woods or plan a trip to a natural spa to take advantage of this New Moon’s healing powers.
This is likely to be a nostalgic month for you, dear Cancer. You may find yourself traveling to places from your past or craving comfort foods from childhood. Bring these warm memories into the future in a healthy way by incorporating your favorite childhood sports into your weekend adventures, or creating a healthier version of mac and cheese using a veggie-based sauce instead of dairy and a protein-packed pasta.
This is the ideal month for a detox, dear Leo! Try a month of cutting out processed foods and increase your consumption of leafy green vegetables to help boost immunity. You can even add in medicinal teas containing ginger, dandelion and milk thistle to give your liver a much-needed cleansing!.
You’ll be diving into your mental health this month Virgo, but there’s no need to go it alone. Finding a counselor or a therapist can help to jump-start your evolution, uncovering blind spots and patterns in your behavior. Everyone can benefit from an outside perspective.
Time to get back to business, dear Libra! While February may have been a slow, relaxing month for you, it’s time to pick up the pace and reorganize your priorities. Have you been sticking to your workout plan, or have those late night sugar cravings been derailing your wellness goals? Embrace even the smallest steps in the right direction and soon you’ll be back on track.
Take a break from the daily grind this month, dear Scorpio, and focus on your health and well-being. Pamper yourself with a massage or maybe even craniosacral therapy to improve your health and get your blood and lymph flowing. You’ll feel ready to tackle long term goals after a little rest and relaxation!
This is a beautiful month to plan a staycation, dear Sagittarius, so even if you find yourself in a social mood, consider hosting friends from the comfort of your own home. In fact, sharing a home cooked meal with friends and family improves physical health and emotional well-being, strengthening the social ties that provide the framework for overall wellness.
Get involved in your community this month, Capricorn! Explore your neighborhood and check out a new business or that coffee shop on the corner you’ve been eyeing. Better yet, make this adventure into a nice long walk and enjoy the surprises of finding something new and exciting in your own backyard.
You’ve heard the saying “money can’t buy you love,” right Aquarius? This month you may feel the urge to spend your hard earned cash on something new (and maybe trivial) that you may regret once the haze of Mercury retrograde has passed. If you really must engage in some retail therapy this month, then consider a new pair of running shoes or something else useful that will improve your health or fitness.
It’s your birthday month, dear Pisces, so bask in the spotlight and explore your inner world through creative projects and passions. Indulge in some alone time and consider jotting down your hopes and goals for the year, or begin that new writing project that’s been on the back burner. With Mercury in Pisces all month, a new journal could be just what the doctor ordered, helping you unravel any old stories about yourself that you’re ready to leave behind.
