The Keep A Breast Foundation (KAB) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on breast cancer early detection and prevention. Today, a new generation of supporters is funding that mission through an unlikely source: internet culture.

Keep A Breast has never done things the “normal” way.
For 25+ years, KAB has shown up where young people actually are. Skateparks. Festivals. Art shows. Retail floors. Online communities. We’ve been meeting people where they are because we understand that there’s more than another way to raise awareness for breast cancer. To go beyond it. To take action.
We brought breast health to the Vans Warped Tour two decades ago. We launched a free self-check app out of our vision for breast cancer early detection for all. We designed the “i love boobies” bracelets that brought advocacy and the breast cancer conversation to young people AND sparked Supreme Court controversy. We've always been innovative, agile, and a little punk rock about it.
So when the Boobillions community approached? We were stoked. This is what we do. We embrace new ideas, new spaces, and new ways to reach people – in service of the same mission we've had since day one.

What started as internet culture has become a real-world giving engine.
Boobillions ($boob) is a community-driven project on the Solana blockchain. The Keep A Breast Foundation is its sole beneficiary, with a portion of every transaction fee flowing directly to KAB’s mission. No donation buttons or campaigns, just code doing good with every $boob trade.
Over $90,000 has already reached breast cancer education,prevention and patient wellness initiatives through onchain activity alone.
The Boobillions community didn’t just find a cause to attach themselves to. They found one they genuinely care about and built something real around it. That’s not a marketing story. That’s the mission working.

Navigating a new giving space takes the right partners. When the Boobillions community started generating real funds, KAB Founder Shaney Jo reached out to The Giving Block to build out the infrastructure to receive and manage it responsibly.
The Giving Block makes it simple for nonprofits to accept crypto donations, engage a new generation of mission-driven donors, and do it all transparently. For KAB, it’s been the bridge between an exciting new funding channel, and putting those funds to real work.
