1. Sponsor
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is jointly administered by Keep A Breast Foundation ("KAB"), and SJC Custom Drums ("SJC") (collectively, "Sponsors").

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except that the Grand Prize (Section 5) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and reside at a continental U.S. shipping address. Employees of Sponsors, their affiliates, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible. No purchase is required for entry. Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter

• Long Beach & Montreal: Text the keyword MAYDAYLOVESKAB to 833-846-2575, or scan the QR code posted at the Keep A Breast or Mayday Parade booth at the applicable tour stop.

• Mexico City: Complete the entry form at [web form link], or scan the QR code posted at the Mayday Parade booth. Entrants with a U.S. phone number residing in the continental U.S. may also text MAYDAYLOVESKAB to 833-846-2575 for Grand Prize eligibility.

Limit one (1) entry per person per tour stop. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements above.

5. Prizes

Regional Drumhead Prizes (3 total, one per tour stop): One (1) custom Mayday Parade x Keep A Breast drum head, signed. Approximate retail value (ARV): $225 USD each.

Grand Prize (1 total): One (1) historic Mayday Parade drum kit used by the band from 2007–2009, including its full Warped Tour 2008 run, courtesy of SJC Custom Drums. The Grand Prize is used and provided "AS IS," with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Due to its size, the Grand Prize can only be shipped to a continental U.S. address; it cannot be shipped internationally, to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. ARV: $7,000 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. Regional drumhead winners will be selected within 5 business days after each entry period closes. The Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about October 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winners will be notified via the phone number or contact information provided at entry. Winners must respond within 5 days of notification and provide a valid mailing address to claim their prize. If a selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsors reserve the right to select an alternate winner or forfeit the prize.

7. Use of Personal Information
By entering, you agree that KAB and Mayday Parade may add your contact information to their email newsletter lists. Information collected will be used in accordance with KAB’s Privacy Policy and SlickText's SMS Terms & Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

8. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsors to use their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes related to this Giveaway, without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions
Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these Official Rules, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsors' reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries or messages, or for any technical failure of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Sponsors, their affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Disputes / Governing Law
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
