Zumiez Wants you to Check Your Self!

In honor of Breast Cancer Prevention Month, KAB’s Check Your Self cards are now available in every Zumiez store in the country. We love Zumiez and are so excited to continue to partner with them to spread the word about breast cancer prevention. The Check Your Self cards show you how to properly perform your monthly self-breast exam and are a great tool to educate young women about breast cancer prevention.

You can also download the Check Your Self app which also reminds you once a month on your own phone to check yourself. The app is FREE and available on iOS and Android devies. You can also download a PDF version and print it out at home!
