Keep A Breast’s Music For Awareness December Events!

December 2nd, 2010 by Keep A Breast

Keep A Breast’s Music For Awareness events are in full effect this month. We love that people are taking the time out of their busy holiday schedules to inspire others and let everyone know Breast Cancer Awareness is not just for October!  “I want to throw a KAB event to spread awareness of breast cancer because it can happen to anyone. My grandmother had breast cancer and luckily they treated it right away, and now she is ok. But if she hadn’t of gone to see what was wrong with her she could have died. I am very thankful for having foundations like KAB to teach people about breast cancer awareness. I am also doing this for my senior exhibition.” Lexy Barcena

The Third Annual BREASTIVAL is coming around the bend! And this year it features the live musical stylings of Cement Stars, Fat Camp and Small Talk Industries, along with performances by punk-drag sensations, Lilith DeVille and Bethann Phetamine with d.j. Scott Weaver providing tunes throughout the event!
Fabulous donations are being made for the raffle, including original artwork and a variety of great gift certificates, among …other things!

This event has continued to grow over the last 3 years and is brought to you by Charlotte’s Pink Anarchists! Come out, have fun and support a worthy cause and local efforts!
