Keep A Breast is passionate about health and your well being. When Lifebooker.com came to us to offer an extra 10% off their beauty, health, and fitness deals-- we jumped at the chance to partner with them.Lifebooker and Keep A Breast carefully curated a group of amazing services for you inNYC<, LAChicago, andSan Francisco. You can get services for breast health for up to 70% off like thermograms, lymphatic massages, acupuncture and even a clinical breast exam for only $1. Take time and relax (stress is one of the major causes of disease) with fitness classes, massages, facials, and more.

And just so you know, everything is KAB approved (the ladies in the office tried out the services, and even reviewed a few)! And even better, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to KAB.

BEING IN LA

Living and working in LA is amazing but, as with anywhere, it can be stressful and that stress ends up showing on my face.

With October bearing down and countless meetings and events to plan, I was thrilled when I found this great "wellness boutique" called Being in LA. The boutique is located in Los Feliz, which gets bonus points for being close to my house (and my favorite restaurant, Doms!).

Stepping into Being in LA for the first time, I was greeted by a really amazing woman named Marilyn, who could totally be your best friend or your really cool aunt. I opted for the micro-current facelift for $65 (reg. $150), which she explained uses a handheld device to deliver gentle electrical currents to the face and neck—let’s just say, I hoped she was actually as cool as I thought she was when she started zapping my face! The process promotes collagen production and blood circulation to tone your muscles and tighten the skin. Personally, I’m all about prevention, so I never want to feel like I need Botox or chemical-laden anti-wrinkle potions. Instead, I love that a micro-current facial actually stimulates the lymph system to flush toxins out of the body.  By the way, days after the treatment my skin feels totally hydrated and looks brighter!

Being in LA’s mantra is simple: be beautiful, be radiant, be well, be happy.

Seriously this place is so KAB! With health and wellness services ranging from facials, hair massage, and reiki, Being in LA is a sanctuary for those stressful LA days.

If you go, make sure to ask for Marilyn; she works Monday nights until 9pm. By the time Thursday comes around, your face will look radiant and amazing for the weekend.

Go to Lifebooker and enter the code “Boobies” at checkout, to get an extra 10% off a $35 Well Being facial or $65 micro-current facelift at Being in LA.
