Keep A Breast is passionate about health and your well being. When Lifebooker.com came to us to offer an extra 10% off their beauty, health, and fitness deals-- we jumped at the chance to partner with them.  Lifebooker and Keep A Breast carefully curated a group of amazing services for you in NYC, LA, Chicago, and San Francisco. You can get services for breast health for up to 70% off like thermograms, lymphatic massages, acupuncture and even a clinical breast exam for only $1. Take time and relax (stress is one of the major causes of disease) with fitness classes, massages, facials, and more.

And just so you know, everything is KAB approved (the ladies in the office tried out the services, and even reviewed a few)! And even better, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to KAB.

De-Stressing By Disrobing

Here at Keep A Breast we clearly care a lot about breast cancer prevention.  I eat a vegan diet, check the labels on all my home and beauty products, exercise – yet there is one thing I have to consciously work at – keeping my stress levels low. October is a big month for Keep A Breast.  As the VP of Public Relations, I am on the go from the moment I wake up until the minute I go to sleep, and sometimes I feel that I don't even have a chance to breathe.

Last week I was able to take some time for myself and visit Bella Fitness for a massage.   Bella offers all kinds of massages, from the smooth, relaxing strokes of Swedish, to the firm kneading of deep tissue.  Whether you're seeking to clear your head, reduce muscle tension, or eliminate pain, there's definitely a rubdown just for you.  Bonus: It's conveniently located right off the freeway with free parking (woohoo, no stress).  I decided on a sports massage to release the stress-related tension I hold in my shoulders, and soothe the pain from an arm injury that had been flaring up. I can’t thank the friendly staff at Bella Fitness enough for my amazing “me time” and I will be sure to return soon!

Go to Lifebooker and enter the code “Boobies” at checkout, to get an extra 10% off a $29 one-hour massage (reg. $75) at Bella Fitness.

Below we’ve outlined some of the terrific benefits of massage therapy:

•  Improves blood circulation and delivers oxygen and nutrients to cells

•  Helps with pain management

•  Strengthens immune system.

•  Calms the nervous system to promote relaxation, well-being, and improve sleep

xo- a much calmer (and less stressed) Kimmy
