Maya Ford of The Donnas

This summer we cast Maya Ford, the bassist for The Donnas, for our upcoming Keep A Breast – Macbeth show, and it was quite an experience! She invited us over to her brand new apartment. Amidst a mountain of unpacked boxes we found a tiny square of space in which to fashion her cast. As we chatted with Maya about her favorite images and artists we realized Caia Koopman would be the perfect artist for her cast. And as you can see, it turned out great!

Maya couldn’t have been more gracious and cool through the entire casting experience. In fact, after her casting we were able to do a brief interview with her where she gives some tips to first time castees. Check out this clip (mpg or mov)
